Hyundai Motor Company just previewed the i40 sedan which will debut at the Barcelona Motor Show tomorrow May 12, 2011. This all-new concept vehicle is designed under the company’s “New thinking. New possibilities.” slogan showcasing a new, updating sleek design.
From the picture we can see how the i40 has the “fluidic sculpture” design showcasing a distinct graceful shape and fluid lines. From what we can see, this concept vehicle is one good looking vehicle with a bit of the Elantra styling with a more of a luxurious flavor.
This vehicle was designed at the European R&D headquarters in Russelsheim, Germany for the European market where it will compete with the VW Passat, Renault Laguna and Ford Mondeo. We’ll see how this vehicle does, and, maybe, it will cross the pond someday. Until then, we will keep you updated with all things Hyundai.
